i am so honored to had photographed the young women of my church! i loved getting to know these girls, all 21 of them! they are all so beautiful, inside and out and are so lucky to have each other to grow up with.

a very special thanks goes out to our leaders for organizing this. i had a blast!

these two tied the knot in an art gallery surrounded by their closest family and friends. it was simply beautiful and i was so happy to be there to capture their special day. i can definitely say that i was in the presence of love!!

last month i got to photograph these kids dressed up in their oh-so adorable halloween costumes! well this time it was their family photos and we had a blast.

they suggested we head out to edworthy park as they loved the recent shoot i had done there, so that is exactly what we did!! i will have to post up their awesome holiday card (designed by yours truly) sometime, but for now here are a few favorites..

you may recognize megan as this is the second time she’s made an appearance on the blog. the first time was of photos for her company (calgary baby planners). well this time it’s of photos of her awesome, little family. seriously they are soo awesome!! we had been planning to do her family pictures for awhile now and after trying to coordinate our busy schedules, we finally got the chance to. we had quite the chilly day but there were no complaints and they completely rocked their session, rosy cheeks and all.

here’s just a few.. oh yea and did i mention how awesome they are!! thanks for feeding my belly afterwards guys!

before all of the snow, we had lots of warm and sunny days! unusual for calgary.. but i’m not complaining. on one of those days i got to meet a wonderful family with the most adorable, red-headed 5 year old little girl! we headed out to edworthy park for our session and everything was perfect. i had a tough time choosing which photos to post as there were so many that i just loved.

last night, aidan got to experience what halloween was all about. it was his first year going door to door and he did so well! it was so much fun getting him all dressed up and watching his face light up every single time he got candy. it was definitely a reminder of how much he’s grown… sigh..
